Dr Tobias Müller has been a lawyer at the firm since 2023. He advises and defends individuals and companies in all areas of commercial criminal law and also provides compliance advice.

Already during his studies, Dr Müller specialised in criminal law through his many years of work at the Chair of Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law and at the Institute for Legal Issues in Medicine and received his doctorate in 2021 with a thesis on criminal procedure law, which deals with the basic issues of the interrogation of suspects.

Since starting his academic career in 2017, Dr Müller has held various teaching positions at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, in particular in the field of medical criminal law and, most recently, white-collar criminal law. He is also a member of the Clinical Ethics Committee at Düsseldorf University Hospital.
